Mohawk Trail Regional School will present its spring musical, Something Rotten! Jr., on Friday, March 13 at 7 p.m., and Saturday, March 14 at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Set in the Renaissance, the musical tells the story of struggling playwright brothers Nick and Nigel Bottom as they seek success while living in the shadow of the era’s rock-star writer, William Shakespeare. The production features a book by Karey Kirkpatrick and John O’Farrell, with music and lyrics by Wayne Kirkpatrick and Karey Kirkpatrick.
Amy Roberts-Crawford serves as music director, and Jessica Choiniere is the stage director.
Tickets are $15 at the door. Families and community members are encouraged to attend and support the student performers.
