Seniors got approval for a new “senior privilege” of sorts – the ability to customize their assigned parking spaces out in the front lot. Student Council President and President of the Western Massachusetts Association of Student Councils (WMASC) Landon Clark explained that the idea came from hearing that other schools offer the perk to members of their senior class. Interested seniors had a space assigned earlier in the summer and had until Friday, August 28, to make customizations. “We got permission and are making it happen,” said Landon. Passersby will see stripes, flowers, and a whole lot more color than they are used to. It’s a great way to offer students a way to make their mark – and dress up a parking lot!
