We offer a variety of team and individual sport opportunities at Mohawk Trail for both middle school and high school students. For sport options for each season, see the menus below.

Sports Registration

Each season, register for your sport using our FamilyID portal. Don't have an account? Setting one up is easy!

  1. Upload a copy of your most recent physical (expires every 13 months.)
  2. Complete a concussion baseline impact test, conducted at the school.
  3. Submit athletic fee payment online via UniPay, or give a check to the main office or AD Lilly. Athletics fee is $90 for grades 9–12 and $75 for grades 7–8. Free lunch status = waived athletics fee, reduced lunch status = half athletics fee. 
  4. Complete the MTRS athletics contract.
