The Community Health Center of Franklin County (CHCFC), in partnership with the Mohawk Trail Regional School District (MTRSD) and the Mary Lyon Foundation (MLF), is ecstatic to announce the new mobile health van at the Mohawk Trail Regional School beginning on Monday, October 27, 2025.
The mobile health unit will be present one week each month to provide a myriad of medical services to health center patients of all ages. Sign up on the CHCFC website to become a patient and make an appointment with the health van.
