Mohawk Trail Regional School is excited to share that we have the opportunity to offer driver’s education in partnership with JaDuke Driving School during the second and third trimesters.
This short survey will help us know who is interested and who is eligible. Here’s what the course looks like:
Trimester 2: November 25–March 10
- 30 hours of classroom learning during the school day.
- At the end of this trimester, you’ll be ready to take the test for your learner’s permit.
Trimester 3: March 11–June 10
- You’ll complete the hands-on driving requirements.
- Driving and observation times will be scheduled with JaDuke Driving School.
- Lessons can take place at Mohawk Trail Regional, Greenfield, or Turners Falls.
Cost: $725
- $300 deposit due by November 25
- Balance due before your 12 lessons in Trimester Three
Requirements:
- You must be at least 15 years and 9 months old by November 25.
- 30 hours of classroom theory (MTRS).
- 6 hours of in-vehicle observation (MTRS).
- 12 hours of driving lessons (MTRS).
- Road test in a JaDuke vehicle (MTRS).
